Vastu - FACTORIES (14)

1). while planning for setting up of factory, due care to be given for direction of location, it should be remebered it is best to be located in East, North or North-east directions.

2). Make sure to erect main gate with two huge shutters and, see that , the gate be in the East direction.

3). Construction of chairman/heads, room be in East or North side of the building, while sitting position should be North facing considered best for making usual /business transactions.

4). Always remember to allocate North -West portion for warehouse/storage of finished goods for better movement in terms of turnover.

5). Its, best, if you could place worshop area and maintenance in South or South-West side.

6). Provide room for Electrical equipments, meters, generators, boilers etc in South-east direction.

7). Ensure, factory washrooms/toilets be in North-West, or South - East, while, septic tank be in North-west/North or South-east/South.

8). South-West corner be alloted for Raw material.

9).See that, Machines heavy or lighter should be located in North or East sides and avoid locating in , centre, North-east or North-west.

North-East area is for water element and so tube-well or bore well be provide and see that construction of Overhead tank be in South-west side.

Vastu - HOTELS (13)

1). As per  Vastu for hotels,  irregular shape of plots be avoided they should always in regular shapes like rectangular and square.

2) As far as location is concerned , see that it, should have atleast two or more roads more importantly on the North or East side.

3). Always observe, while constructing ,to, keep open space a bit in North and East.

4). See, that , always in the corner of South - East install kitchen.

5). Kitchen, More importantly, be, constructed at Ground floor.

6). Due care to be given for proper ventilation , lighting etc. For hotels.

7). Make sure, while designing due care, for installtion of electrical equipments, be given,  and points for geysers, meters must be only in specfied side.

8). If, hotel offers, lodging facility , and also having visitor’s room should be made in South-west with beds placing in South/West.

9). Eastern or Northern direction is best suited for balcony for rooms of hotel.

10). If possible , give importance to premises of hotel, if you could get more vacant space, its good as, it gives nice flow of energry to attract customers.

11). Always remember, to construct In the direction of North-West or West- Washroom and toilets.

Vastu - Schools/Educational Institutions (12)

1). As per Vastu educational institutes in the direction of East be considered best and making entrance in North-east, be followed.

2). While constructing make sure for leaving significant space in the direction of  East and North-east., at the same time, you can make use, for construction using other directions, that are South, West and South-west.

3). Make it a point that entrance of classrooms be in East, blackboard be placed in West.

4). As per vastu south-west or southern direction, is for principal room/office, but remember, while, sitting facing should always be best in North.

5). See that admininstrative block /room , like, reception and cashier be located in Eastern or Northern side.

6). Always make sure, that, room for staff to be in the direction of North-west.

7). Make east facing entrance/door, while, ensuring conference rooms be in North.

8). Consider having Library in the institution be in Western side, as it is best.

9). Remember, while designing teachers platform /desk, it should be above the ground, a little high.

10). You should also keep in mind , that, no student be sitting directly under beam, if so, it should be avoided.

11). Allot east portion of institution for open play ground.

12). As for canteen in the institution, concerned, south - east corner is the place to be.

13). North-west, is considered best, when it comes to Toilets/washrooms.

Vastu - OFFICE (11)

1. As per Vastu offices that face east direction, considered to be good.

2. Make sure shape of the plot be not irregular, it should be square or rectangle in shape.

3. It must be seen that Water resource or element, must be placed or installed in North-east.

4. While dealing with clients, the owner should face North direction.

5. For the staff the placement is best in Northern or eastern sides.

6. Care to be taken that, there should not be a sitting directly under the beam for staff.

7. Make sure placement of reception chamber be in North-east.

8. As per vastu sitting position for managerial level and other high level people, be in Southern or Western portion as could face North or East.

9. Please bear in mind placement of idols or photos of god be in North-east in the office.

10. North-west or North-east is also considered best for Waiting room.

11. To get best results as per vastu , make sure colours of office walls, light and pleasing.

12. Care to be taken if there is provision for pantry for staff , location should be in the corner of South-east.

13. See that, washrooms be built in West or North-western side.
